Our lovely sales consultant Louise Kerr was given an amazing send-off from Glen Ora in North Berwick.

Residents organised farewell drinks for her at the town’s Nether Abbey Hotel and presented her with cards to thank her for all the hard work over the past five years.

Louise, who is moving to our soon to be launched Roseberry Park development in Tranent, said: “I was really overwhelmed by their kindness, it was a wonderful way to say goodbye. I’ll really miss Glen Ora which was just the most fantastic place to work and I was lucky to get to know so many terrific people there.

“When we launched Glen Ora some of the buyers were expecting babies and I was there long enough to see the wee ones start school. I always looked forward to seeing them waving in on their way past. ”

Louise was such a popular member of the Glen Ora community that one of the little girls christened the incline near the showhome Louise’s Hill!

Even the local dogs are going to miss Louise who kept canine treats on permanent supply in the sales office.

Louise added: “I’m really sad to leave such a special place, but looking forward to seeing another fantastic community develop in Tranent.”
