Terraced and semi-detached homes are continuing to make up the biggest proportion of property sales in the UK, according to a new report from data company TwentyCi.

The Property and Home Mover Report – Q2 2018 shows that 55% of properties sold in the UK in the last quarter fell into these two categories. In response to this demand, Walker Group has released a spacious three bedroom semi-detached Belmont housetype at its popular Ellwood development in Kirkliston.
