A new phase of larger homes designed with families in mind has been launched at The Maltings in Dumbarton.
The latest release of homes at the Walker Group development includes the five bedroom Hyden and the four bedroom Seymour, two of the developer’s largest properties.

Help to Buy’ is available on these stylish homes and other selected properties at The Maltings.  This scheme provides a Government guaranteed equity loan on new build properties up to the value of £400,000.
The initiative requires home owners to contribute a minimum 5% deposit of the property price and to arrange a mortgage of up to 75% of the value with the Government providing a loan for up to 20% of the purchase price.
Walker Group is building 109 new homes in total at The Maltings which is built on the site of the former J&B Bottling Plant and is less than an hour away from Glasgow city centre and just 15 minutes from GlasgowAirport.   It will feature a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, just minutes away from Dumbarton town centre when complete.
