Leap into Spring at Hopefield Park
Playful pastels and floral prints create a Spring-like atmosphere in Walker Group’s newest showhome at Hopefield Park in Bonnyrigg which launches this weekend.
Designed by Carol Yates and John Amabile, the five bedroom Oakleigh housetype is light and airy with soft silvery greys, pinks and chalky whites employed to striking effect.
To celebrate the launch, visitors will be treated to refreshments and will be given the opportunity to tour the property and find out about some of the offers available on the launch weekend which runs from 11am on Saturday and Sunday 5th and 6th of March.
Sandy Casey, Director of Walker Group, said: “After the winter we have had, we all need a little sunshine in our lives and this showhome really captures the freshness of Spring. The showhome redefines luxury not only does it looks beautiful and is bursting with the latest contemporary textiles and accessories but the designers have also managed to make it feel like a home too.”
Hopefield Park will feature 51 two, three, four and five bedroom family homes when complete.
Designed to be among their greenest homes yet, the properties have high performance insulation, double-glazing and energy-efficient heating systems. All homes are built to a high specification with fitted wardrobes, fridge freezers and excellent storage.
Bonnyrigg’s town centre, with its avenue of trees, has a selection of local stores including a chemist, bank and post office. A Tesco supermarket is a short drive away and larger high street stores are available at Straiton Retail Park.
