Part Exchange Weekend at Hazelbrooke, Kirkliston

Part Exchange Weekend at Hazelbrooke, Kirkliston
Homeowners who have their hearts set on a new home but are worried they won’t be able to sell their existing property are invited to an open weekend at Hazelbrooke in Kirkliston on 20 and 21st September.

An independent financial advisor, estate agent and a sales advisor will be on hand from 11am to 5.30pm on  Saturday and Sunday, to guide them through Walker Group’s Part Exchange and Assisted Move options and show them round the luxury four and five bedroom properties.

With Part Exchange Walker Group will guarantee to buy an existing home from buyers of a new Walker property, so owners don’t need to market their existing property or find a buyer.

Sandy Casey, Sales and Marketing Director for Walker Group, said: “Many people are understandably anxious about putting their homes on the market and cannot face the disruption involved.  With Part Exchange we take away the stress and uncertainty of selling a home so buyers can get on with boxing up their things and planning life in their new luxury home.”

An alternative option is Assisted Move, where Walker Group undertakes to help them sell their current property within 90 days, marketing it with a local estate agency and actively seeking a buyer for it.

Properties currently available to buy at the development include the spacious four bedroom home, The Glenbrook. It has a breathtaking open plan kitchen, dining and family room situated at the heart of the property. The bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and two come complete with an en suite whilst the family bathroom boasts a bath and separate shower cubicle. This elegant property costs from £413,000.

Another stylish property available in the latest phase is the Culdearn, a five bedroom home with three reception rooms, an integrated double garage, large kitchen with informal dining area and utility room. Upstairs are five bedrooms, two with ensuites and a family bathroom. Prices start from £403,000.

Hazelbrooke is perfect commuting distance to the city for those who prefer the sanctuary of fresh country air to the hustle and bustle of the nation's capital city. Hazelbrooke is surrounded greenery with breathtaking views of the Pentland Hills.

The development benefits from the charm of a village community and is within walking distance of the nursery and primary school. However, its close proximity to Edinburgh means that the Gyle shopping Centre is near by as well as the amenities of the capital. For outdoor enthusiasts there are a wealth of golf courses on the doorstep and Ratho Climbing Centre is less than a ten minute drive.

The show home at Hazelbrooke is open 11am to 5.30pm Thursday to Monday and further details are available by contacting the Head Office on 01506 413101.
